Instant Pot Muffin Cake

Simplest cake I ever made. I made this muffin cake in my 3 quart Instant Pot using a non stick pot insert in 10mins.

 

Ingredients

2 packages of White Lily Blueberry Muffin Mix

1 cup of Milk

1 Pam Baking spray with flour

Spinkle of Powered sugar

 

 

Step 1:

Spray pot of pressure cooker with Pam baking spray with flour.

 

Step 2:

Mix both packages of muffin mix and milk in a bowl.

 

Step 3:

Pour muffin mix directly into pressure cooker pot. Press desert setting and pressure cook for 10 mins.

 

Step 4:

Allow to naturally release pressure. Open lid after released and allow to cool.

 

Step 5:

Flip cake on to plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
