A snow day calls for soup. We received 10 inches snow and I am working from home. I needed a quick, easy and delicious lunch to warm me on this cold day. TOMATO SOUP… and a side of grilled cheese of course. You can not have tomato soup without a grilled cheese sandwich.. it is just not done in the south.
