Instructions
Set your electronic pressure cooker for 1 minute pressure cooking time.
Add 12 oz Cranberries to inner pot (Optional: hold out a couple ounces to have cranberry chunks in your finish sauce.)
Combine 1/4 cup Orange Juice and 2 tbsp Maple Syrup. Add mixture to inner pot with cranberries.
Add 2 1/2 tsp of Orange Zest to inner pot and stir into cranberries.
Place lid on pressure cooker. Pressure cook for 1 minute, and allow to naturally release pressure. This takes approximately 8 to 9 minutes.
After the pressure has fully released open the pressure cooker, add a pinch of salt, 1/2 cup white sugar and stir.
Complete... Serve warm or chilled. Enjoy.
