A holiday favorite and so simple to make. Here is my version of Cranberry Sauce. Enjoy! ( I will update this post soon with the step by step photos and more details. As a side note this sauce is great over pork as well!)

Homemade Instant Pot Cranberry Sauce
Equipment
- 1 Pressure Cooker
- 1 Spatula
Ingredients
- 12 oz Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp Orange Zest
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/4 cup Orange Juice
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Set your electronic pressure cooker for 1 minute pressure cooking time.
- Add 12 oz Cranberries to inner pot (Optional: hold out a couple ounces to have cranberry chunks in your finish sauce.)

- Combine 1/4 cup Orange Juice and 2 tbsp Maple Syrup. Add mixture to inner pot with cranberries.

- Add 2 1/2 tsp of Orange Zest to inner pot and stir into cranberries.

- Place lid on pressure cooker. Pressure cook for 1 minute, and allow to naturally release pressure. This takes approximately 8 to 9 minutes.
- After the pressure has fully released open the pressure cooker, add a pinch of salt, 1/2 cup white sugar and stir.

- Complete... Serve warm or chilled. Enjoy.
