Incubation Period

Place a clear lid on your Instant Pot that covers the inner liner completely.

I use the lid from one of my Celaphon Space Saving cookware pans.

Allow it to Incubate for 8 hours. DO NOT MIX during this time.

Once the time has passed and YoGRT is showing on the display incubation is complete.

At this point the yogurt should be thick enough to hold up a spoon.

Place a clean fresh dish towel between the lid and inner pot to absorb any excess fluids.

Move the mixture to the refrigerator for an additional 4 – 6 hours to completely cool.

Storage

You can store it for 7 – 10 days in one container or in separate individual portioned containers. I use 8 oz Glad containers and it yields 12 of those!

It is cream, smooth and sweet. Now service yourself a bowl and top with anything you like!
